Aircraft Catering Vehicles

The Aircraft Catering Vehicle for which MILES is the sector leader, is CE certified and manufactured according to the European Machinery Directives, assuring the highest level of quality control with mechanical, hydraulic and electronic system tests. We have been exporting this model intensely since 2013.  
Our standard products Aircraft Catering Vehicle (product no. 5011) and Half Cab Aircraft Catering (product no. 5012) are designed for operating heights of 2750-5850 mm to serve in A300 / A 310 / A 319 / A 320/ A 321 / A330 / A340 / B737 / B747 / B757 / B767 / B777 / B787 / L-1011 / DC8 / DC10 / MD11 / MD12 type aircrafts. Other operating heights are evaluated within the scope of special projects.
Vehicle cabins are coated with high quality polyurethane material, cabin front and rear service doors are custom made according to customer requests and their useful load carrying capacities are designed according to request. Easy service is provided to all types of aircraft with the front service platform and hydraulic system placed in front of the cabin.
The stainless steel and aluminum material variants used inside and outside the cabin ensure that the system is compatible with any working environment and runs smoothly.
The hydraulic power unit and pump of our system are supplied as imported components maintaining the system reliability and efficiency at the highest level.
All the movements of the system are controlled by limit sensors and automation ensuring safe operation of the system.
Unlike other manufacturers, Miles has increased the service and logistics capability of such vehicles by installing an optional hydraulic cargo lift on the back of the aircraft catering vehicle and has brought a new dimension to aircraft supply services at airports with limited opportunities.
